There are currently three supported data import types.
Legacy: The original import system. This system takes in a CSV or XLSX file and imports raw data with no interpretation. The information you put in is identical to the information that is stored in PoolMMS. This format is not recommended unless you have an existing workflow that uses it.
Smart: The “smart” import system is more powerful than the legacy system. It is able to generate TeamUnify and other platform-compatible data from information you collect manually. This format is recommended for clubs that handle their membership via paper applications and payments, or use a platform other than TeamUnify to do registration (including a Google Form).
TeamUnify: The TeamUnify direct import format allows clubs to directly import their member data from an export from TeamUnify with no additional modifications needed. For more information about this format, visit this page.
