Salvatorelli Group provides a system status dashboard at https://status.salvatorelli.group. On this dashboard, you can get a general overview of the current health of our product’s servers.
The server status dashboard tracks the current resource usage of servers directly managed by us. Products like PoolMMS run on an application platform called DigitalOcean App Engine. The service status for that can be viewed here.
The Salvatorelli Group status page is powered by HetrixTools, and can be accessed directly here in the case the Salvatorelli Group-branded page is taken down by an outage.
While we receive notifications ourselves, server status issues should be reported immediately to your support representative for faster resolution, just in case.
